Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these air fryer sweet potato wedges are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional fries. Enjoy them as a tasty side dish or a satisfying snack with your favorite dipping sauce
Cut your sweet potatoes into wedges by first cutting them in half lengthwise and then in half horizontally.
Cut each half down the middle and down the middle again until you have 16 equal wedges per potato and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cayenne pepper.
Add the sweet potato wedges to the spice mixture and toss until each potato wedge is fully coated.
Add a single layer (you may have to work in batches) of sweet potato wedges to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Enjoy warm with ketchup or ranch.
